Prosthodontist – Southern California | $500k+ Earning Potential | 4-Day Work Week | Path to Partnership

Our Southern California-based, clinician-owned, private equity-backed client is seeking a skilled and passionate Prosthodontist to join their high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a state-of-the-art, full-arch focused practice with full clinical autonomy, outstanding team culture, and a clear path to ownership within 1-2 years.

About the Role: You’ll guide patients through full-arch transformations from consult to final delivery, lead a team of 10–15 employees, and collaborate closely with referring dentists to drive exceptional patient outcomes. The practice specializes in the GPS procedure and prides itself on restoring smiles—and confidence—in a single day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full-arch restoration process from consult to final prosthesis.
  • Use CBCT scans and top-tier diagnostics to develop custom treatment plans.
  • Perform both surgical and prosthetic phases of care.
  • Mentor and manage a dedicated in-office team.
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships through CE and study clubs.
  • Participate in daily team stand-ups and ongoing leadership coaching.
  • Drive innovation and quality in prosthodontic care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • DDS/DMD + Prosthodontics residency (accredited program).
  • California dental license (or eligible before opening).
  • Deep experience with full-arch restorations and implant prosthetics.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice partnership.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary of $360,000 + bonuses (uncapped)
  • Up to $500,000+ total compensation
  • 3 weeks vacation + sick days
  • 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
  • Only 16 clinical days/month
  • Brand-new, high-tech office opening between April and June
