What the Commercial Insurance Support Agent Will Do:
- Serve as a trusted resource for financial institution clients
- Address client inquiries and provide customized insurance solutions
- Clearly explain coverage, options, and benefits
- Handle renewals and offer next-step recommendations, ensuring follow-up
- Cross-sell and upsell where appropriate to enhance service
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Assist with annual policy reviews and create tailored coverage proposals
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex client needs
- Monitor and achieve key service metrics to ensure client satisfaction
What the Commercial Insurance Support Agent Brings:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- 2+ years of insurance customer service or account management experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Confidence in navigating insurance systems and documentation
- Passion for solving client needs and delivering excellent service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
