Assistant Bakery Manager Responsibilities:
- Can delegate tasks, and communicate clear expectations to the team
- Partners with Bakery Manager in leading all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, and work environment
- Partners with Bakery Manager in P&L management and inventory control
- Projects warmth, enthusiasm, and optimism that attracts and energizes others
- Build genuine guest connections

- Demonstrates an intense drive and commitment to excellence and a passion to succeed
Assistant Bakery Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high volume upscale restaurant or food retail concepts preferred
- Charismatic leader
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
