One of Phoenix's favorite steakhouses is searching for a Sous Chef! This leader will work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure quality standards are being met and guest's expectations are exceeded.  This individual will have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining steak restaurant
  • High volume $8-10 million in annual revenues
  • Cognizant of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
  • Dedication to standards and quality
