District Manager – Iconic North Carolina QSR Brand

A well-established and rapidly growing corporate Fast Casual/QSR group is looking to add a District Manager to lead operations for an iconic North Carolina restaurant brand.

We're seeking a hands-on, high-energy leader with multi-unit QSR experience—ideally overseeing 3 to 6 locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, working directly with teams to drive performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences.


District Manager Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the QSR or Fast Casual space
  • Proven success in high-volume, drive-thru environments
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset
  • Hands-on leadership style – this is not a desk job
  • A track record of developing leaders through a servant leadership approach
  • Business-savvy, with the ability to coach and mentor teams to meet and exceed goals
  • Professional appearance is required – no visible tattoos or piercings

District Manager Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $90K–$100K
  • Performance-based bonus potential
