Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant: Your Role

  • Oversee a diverse range of patient care in a clinical setting, specializing in spine, orthopedic, and interventional pain management.
  • Conduct assessments for both new and returning patients.
  • Diagnose medical and surgical conditions, create accurate treatment plans, perform comprehensive history and physical exams, and review diagnostic test results.
  • Perform detailed evaluations, order necessary diagnostics, develop care plans, and manage follow-up treatments.
  • Work closely with the lead physician and clinical team to ensure exceptional care and consistent patient management.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant: Required Experience

  • Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active DEA registration and BLS certification.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Recent practical experience in orthopedics, spine care, or pain management.
  • Current, unrestricted FNP license in Arizona.
  • Strong clinical decision-making, outstanding communication, and the ability to manage a full patient load with confidence.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Experience with EMRs and maintaining efficient clinical documentation.
  • Experience in pain management Required Orthopedics, or related field, Nice to Have.

Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant: Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering therapeutic injections.
  • Ordering image-guided procedures.
  • Requesting necessary diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribing appropriate medications, including controlled substances, responsibly.
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records for all professional services provide

Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant:

  • Valid CPR certification and current DEA license
  • Valid Arizona state licensure
  • Ability to work well in a team and multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant:

  • Base salary in the $120K-$170K range
  • Incentive performance compensation
  • Monday-Friday
