Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent who is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance to supplement their growing team. The most qualified candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality customer interactions and enjoy working in the insurance industry.
Customer Service Agent Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $65k-$75k
- Bonus and/or commission opportunities

Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- Active FL Property and Casualty insurance license
- At least two years of customer service or insurance account management experience
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance compliance, documentation, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling policy inquiries, coverage changes, claims assistance, and billing questions via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage policy servicing tasks, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintaining accurate client records in agency management systems.
- Monitor policy expirations and proactively coordinate renewals to ensure continuous coverage.
- Collect and organize information for new business and renewal quotes; liaise with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive options and prepare professional insurance proposals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal procedures while staying current on policy form changes and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with producers and account executives, supporting administrative functions and client follow-ups. Participate in team meetings, training, and cross-training initiatives.
