Opportunity: Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize the use of equipment, materials, and labor with the goal of maximizing production efficiency while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This is a hands-on role, supporting both daily manufacturing operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement across assembly processes using lean manufacturing and statistical analysis to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Support new product introductions and existing production by developing optimal assembly methods and manufacturing solutions.
• Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize rework and scrap.
• Optimize workforce utilization, equipment layout, and workflow to improve operational efficiency and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide technical guidance and training to ensure operators and support staff meet process, quality, and documentation standards.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Education & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills, with the ability to manage and analyze technical documentation and data effectively.
• Solid understanding of production feasibility, process control, mechanical and electrical assembly methods, and quality standards.
• Experience in electrical assembly and testing, with familiarity in supporting soldering and wire crimping processes.
• Skilled in statistical concepts and data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000-$110,000 DOE
• 401(k) with 3% match/ Profit Sharing
• 120 PTO hours / Paid Holidays
