What You'll Do:
- Manage employee relations
- Support managers and supervisors through investigations and compliance issues and a working knowledge of key laws and regulations.
- Management of Benefits, FMLA, Disability, 401k and Workers Compensation
- Support the strategies of guest services and employee relations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ Years of Experience in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HR Systems
- Collaborative work-style, fostering a team culture
Fluency in writing and speaking Spanish is a Plus!
