Looking for an Account Executive with a Sales, Healthcare background to oversee a sales team. This Account Executive will play a key leadership role within our sales organization and responsible for managing sales representatives while driving strategic growth across the assigned territories. This individual will develop and implement sales strategies, mentor sales staff, build/sustain client relationships, and ensure overall team success in achieving revenue targets.
Account Executive Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Must have 2-5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- strong leadership/team building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Lead, manage and support a team of sales representatives
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes
