Assistant Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating a welcoming environment for both guests and employees
  • Inspect the grounds, public areas, and guest rooms for cleanliness and appearance
  • Ensure Four Diamond standards for housekeeping, decor, and guest service are met
  • Interview, hire, and train staff

Assistant Housekeeping Manager Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as an assistant housekeeping manager in a Forbes 4 or 5-diamond property required
  • Experience managing/monitoring supplies across multiple departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have moderate computer/technology experience
