Accounting Manager – Live Events & Entertainment
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, detail-loving Accounting Manager to help keep the financial heartbeat strong across our fast-paced world of live events and businesses. Reporting directly to our COO, you’ll play a key role in making sure the numbers add up and the show goes on—literally.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prep financial reports, forecasts, and budgets like a pro
- Handle event P&Ls and show settlements
- Manage tax filings and licensing deadlines
- Support audits, credit card tracking, and payroll processes
- Team up with other departments to deliver meaningful financial insights
What You Bring:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA = bonus points)
- 5–7 years of experience—extra gold stars for entertainment or fast-moving industries
- Detail-obsessed and analytical with ninja-level Excel skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
