Senior Talent Manager
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for talent and will be responsible for coordinating and executing campaigns with the talents assigned to them. The Senior Talent Agent will also manage off-site activities such as event appearances, shoots, and auditions. Additionally, they will support talents with various administrative needs, including billings, payments, contracts, inquiries, and other related tasks.
Senior Talent Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute campaigns with roster of talent, including event appearances, photoshoots, and auditions
- Support talent roster with administrative tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for talent
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts including entertainment networks, producers, promoters, media, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with creators to understand their goals, strengths, and areas for improvement
Senior Talent Manager Requirements
- At least 5 years working experience in artist or content creator management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Roster of talent that is migratable
- Excellent Project Management, Organizational Skills w/ keen Attention to Detail
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently
