What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
- Ensure smooth daily operations and consistent execution of service standards
- Oversee wine service, reservations, and floor flow with precision
- Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
- Create smart, efficient staff schedules based on business needs
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and genuine care
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards

- Prior AGM or leadership experience in an upscale or high-volume setting
- A guest-obsessed mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Knowledge of wine and fine dining service
