Seeking a remote Regional Sales Manager to lead, inspire and support a team of driven Sales Representatives in the Colorado market with a background in the wound care management or biologics space.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare. High preference for medical wound management experience
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Proven leadership experience of sales team
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall company strategy
- Experience managing and supporting a team of sales reps/account managers in a territory
- Drive market growth
