We are growing and looking for a remote Regional Account Manager to lead, inspire and support a team of driven Sales Representatives in the Dallas market with a background in the wound care or biologics space.

Regional Account Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- No more than 5 years of experience in healthcare (Preferably wound care)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Overseeing a sales team of up to 200
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall company strategy
- Manage and support a team of sales reps in a specific territory
- Drive revenue growth and ensure team targets are met
- Bring on new clients while sustaining the relationship with existing
