We are growing and looking for a remote Regional Account Manager to lead, inspire and support a team of driven Sales Representatives in the Dallas market with a background in the wound care or biologics space.

Regional Account Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • No more than 5 years of experience in healthcare (Preferably wound care)
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Proven leadership or team management experience
  • Overseeing a sales team of up to 200
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall company strategy
  • Manage and support a team of sales reps in a specific territory
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure team targets are met
  • Bring on new clients while sustaining the relationship with existing
