Recruiter Requirements
- 2+ years in recruitment, business operations, or people operations.
- Proven background in recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong grasp of various roles, sourcing techniques, and recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Recruiter Qualifications
- Location: Based in NYC or SF with a requirement for in-office presence 5 days per week.
- Mindset: Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
