What You’ll Do:
Coach, develop, and inspire your team to meet and exceed company standards.
Ensure seamless FOH & BOH communication for top-tier guest experiences.
Drive consistency and quality in a scratch kitchen environment.
Manage P&L, inventory, and operational efficiency.
