Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in excavation, site development, and roadwork? Do you thrive in the field, managing crews and keeping projects moving smoothly? 🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a crew of 3–10 workers on excavation and site development projects
- Manage residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal roadwork sites
- Use your knowledge of blueprints, GPS, and construction software to ensure accuracy and quality
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in excavation, site work, and utility installation
- Ability to read construction plans and use tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Revu, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with stormwater systems, fresh water lines, and sewer systems
