🔧 What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a crew of 3–10 workers on excavation and site development projects
Manage residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal roadwork sites
Use your knowledge of blueprints, GPS, and construction software to ensure accuracy and quality

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in excavation, site work, and utility installation
Ability to read construction plans and use tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Revu, and Microsoft Office
Experience working with stormwater systems, fresh water lines, and sewer systems
