This is a Corporate Director of Finance role, positioned just below the CFO level. The role is responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting functions across the organization, managing a team that includes a Treasury Manager, three Controllers, and multiple accountants.
Job Requirements:
- *** Must be willing to live and work in New Mexico***
- *** 5+ years in an executive finance role within a $50M+ independent hospitality company ***
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field. MBA preferred
- Tech-savvy and adaptable across various software platforms; experience with ProfitSword and QuickBooks preferred
- Proven leadership managing a team of 5+ Controllers or Finance Directors
- Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized hospitality accounting systems
- Direct reporting experience to owners, investors, and executive leadership
