We are seeking highly successful Recruiting Professionals with a history of individually billing more than $300K a year to run a full-time recruitment business with the backing of our world-class tools, training, and support.
Recruiting Area Director Compensation:
- The position is a Direct Hire leadership role currently in production, overseeing a team of 3 to 5 individuals
- Receive a 55% payout of your personal cash-in, along with the opportunity to earn year-end incentives based on your individual performance
- Overrides are paid based on your team's production

The details:
- Cultivate and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for prospective openings
- Engage in daily business development and client relationship management
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 5 Recruiting Partners
- Enjoy limitless opportunities for advancement based on your performance and productivity
- Utilize your collaborations with over 300 recruiting partners to effectively fill positions for your clients, both within your geographic region and across the nation
