Executive Chef
This successful and growing restaurant group is seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a new Spanish-inspired restaurant focused on premium steaks and authentic tapas. This role calls for a chef with deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in both flavor and execution.

Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Lead all kitchen operations, from menu development to execution
- Design and innovate dishes rooted in Spanish tradition, with a focus on steaks and tapas
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining the highest standards
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing back-of-house team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Executive Chef Requirements
- Proven Executive Chef experience in upscale or high-volume environments
- Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and vendor relations
- New restaurant openings experience a huge plus
