Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a Hotel General Manager, preferably with a flagged national brand
- 5+ years of hotel experience
- Experience overseeing a full restaurant or bistro service restaurant
- Experience with QA inspections and maintaining a high level of quality, consistency, and maintenance
- Positive and friendly servant leadership style
- Experience with New Hotel openings a huge plus!
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and manage the team with integrity and consistency
- Greet and interact with guests regularly as the face of the property
- Manage financials to budget and forecast
- Promote the property in the community
- Other duties as assigned
Hotel General Manager Benefits:
