Join a fast-growing team driving innovation in electric vehicle technology. We're looking for an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to design cutting-edge power conversion systems.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required
- 10+ years designing high-power, high-frequency electronics for vehicle applications
- Experience with resonant/soft-switching topologies and custom magnetics
- Skilled in circuit simulation (LTSpice or similar) and thermal analysis
- Strong communication and multi-project management skills
- Able to travel, on occaision
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-power conversion products (DC-DC, DC-AC, Motor Drives) for electric vehicles
- Create hardware specs, circuit designs, and component selection for new and legacy products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PCB, Mechanical, Software) on efficient, thermally managed designs
- Support test reviews and resolve non-compliance issues
- Research and replace obsolete power electronic components
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary targeting $125-140K
