Marketing Manager – Home Services Industry (Illinois-Based, Hybrid)
We are a rapidly growing company in the home services industry, acquiring and managing multiple brands that provide essential services to homeowners. With over 20 brands in our portfolio and ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead branding, digital strategy, and customer engagement for select companies under our umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-brand marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage SEO, Google Search, and Google Analytics to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee social media marketing and content creation across various platforms.
- Plan and execute direct mail campaigns for targeted customer outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of marketing objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in home services or a multi-brand environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Expertise in Google Search, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
Experience with direct mail campaigns and data-driven marketing.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, SEMrush, and Power BI (a plus).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
