We’re seeking an organized and tech-savvy Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations across our diverse portfolio of live events and business entities. Reporting to the COO, the Senior Accountant will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, managing event P&Ls, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external accounting standards. Venue/entertainment background are preferred (although corporate backgrounds are also accepted).
Senior Accountant Compensation & Benefits

Senior Accountant Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
- Reconcile event financials and manage show settlements
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and licensing filings
- Support audits, manage credit card processes, and assist with payroll as needed
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver timely financial insights
Senior Accountant Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic or entertainment-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
