We’re seeking a creative and forward-thinking Architect to help shape the future of learning environments. This role involves designing flexible, connected, sustainable, and inclusive spaces for institutions ranging from elementary schools to universities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural drawings that meet project goals for quality, budget, and timeline
- Conduct programming, code and material research, space planning, and area calculations
- Perform site surveys and evaluate site conditions
- Review shop drawings and coordinate permits with consultants and engineers
- Collaborate with contractors and authorities to resolve constructability and client concerns
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience, preferably in educational design
- Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes and MEP/structural systems
- Experience in all phases of the project cycle is required
- College degree in architecture; professional registration is a plus
