We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, and dedicate time to developing the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Ability to create menus
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- 3-5 years of management experience in high-volume restaurants
