Our client, a well-established hotel group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The main focus of this role is generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated region. You will work closely with the client's operations teams to create compelling sales strategies and ensure guest satisfaction, particularly for group bookings and events.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional business growth.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-hotel sales experience with a focus on group sales in full-service hotels is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Chicagoland market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Regional Sales Manager Benefits:
