Our client is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney for their renowned firm. The most qualified candidates will have a background in employment defense, as their firm is known for employee advocacy.
Labor and Employment Attorney Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $115k-$215k depending on experience
- Bonus opportunities
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
Labor and Employment Attorney Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- NJ Bar in good standing
- At least four years of experience to include defense and trial experience
- Strong negotiator with a proven track record of success on behalf of clients
Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Expertise in employment and labor law in NJ
- Proficient in legal research, drafting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases when necessary
