As the IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology training that drives user efficiency, enhances workflow, and supports the firm’s evolving software stack. You will work cross-functionally with IT, HR, and practice groups to ensure that our teams are confident and capable with the firm’s systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training on core law firm technologies including Microsoft 365, iManage, and timekeeping systems
  • Create easy-to-understand training materials and maintain a library of user resources
  • Lead new hire IT orientation and offer ongoing learning opportunities
  • Provide coaching sessions and follow-up support to users of varying skill levels
  • Stay current on legal tech trends and assist in training related to new implementations or updates

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT training role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, document management systems (iManage preferred), and legal productivity tools
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach
  • Experience with creating digital learning tools or e-learning content is a plus
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations
