General Manager Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work in a hands-on environment
- 3-5 years of experience in a General Manager role in fast-casual or casual dining
- A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
- Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
