Our client is a leading provider of customized industrial control panels. They are primed for aggressive expansion into new and existing markets. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to expand their customer base and hunt for new business development opportunities.

Outbound Sales-Industrial Automation & Controls Responsibilities
- Prospect and Lead generation
- Full Life Cycle Sales management from prospecting to close
- Onsite customer visits to assess needs and present technical solutions and consultations
- Ongoing market analysis
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to provide customized solutions that meet customers' needs and to evaluate risk, profit, scope of supply, and overall project schedule
- Position the company as the customers' primary consultant and solution provider
- Stay current on UL508A standards and competitive landscape
Outbound Sales-Industrial Automation & Controls Qualifications:
- BA or BS with 2 + years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, control systems or electrical components
- Strong Knowledgeable of UL 508A Panels
- Demonstrated success with good proposal process methods;
- Financial acumen and understanding of profit margins
- Strong problem solver and adept at relationships with internal and external stakeholders
