Are you a visionary culinary leader with a passion for scratch kitchens, creative menu development, and high-volume execution? Join a dynamic hospitality team in the heart of Seattle, where sports, events, and culinary excellence come together.

We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations across multiple concepts within a bustling destination. From private events and large-scale banquets to a la carte dining and seasonal outdoor activations, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a diverse culinary program that celebrates local flavors and community energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations across several outlets
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality and innovation
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team
  • Collaborate with FOH teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Uphold health and safety standards in all kitchen spaces

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in an Executive Chef or high-level Sous Chef role
  • Experience with both a la carte service and large-scale event execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for local ingredients and a guest-first mentality
