We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations across multiple concepts within a bustling destination. From private events and large-scale banquets to a la carte dining and seasonal outdoor activations, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a diverse culinary program that celebrates local flavors and community energy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations across several outlets
- Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality and innovation
- Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team
- Collaborate with FOH teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold health and safety standards in all kitchen spaces
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in an Executive Chef or high-level Sous Chef role
- Experience with both a la carte service and large-scale event execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for local ingredients and a guest-first mentality
