Our client is looking for a personal assistant who is polished, professional, and adept at anticipating needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional personal assistant to work with a good individual and complement him, his family, and his office operations.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a personal assistant to an UHNW individual or celebrity
  • A valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle
  • Experience and knowledge of MS Office programs, digital calendars, and email programs
  • Highly dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • A genuine love of dogs and kids

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work in office in Beverly Hills
  • Anticipate the needs of the individual
  • Run errands as necessary
  • Walk dog
  • Coordinate parties, events, and social gatherings
  • Call contractors and provide updates to the individual
  • Other duties as assigned
