Our client is looking for a personal assistant who is polished, professional, and adept at anticipating needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional personal assistant to work with a good individual and complement him, his family, and his office operations.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

3+ years as a personal assistant to an UHNW individual or celebrity
A valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle
Experience and knowledge of MS Office programs, digital calendars, and email programs
Highly dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
A genuine love of dogs and kids

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

Work in office in Beverly Hills
Anticipate the needs of the individual
Run errands as necessary
Walk dog
Coordinate parties, events, and social gatherings
Call contractors and provide updates to the individual
Other duties as assigned
