What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fabricating high-precision, complex metal components from detailed technical drawings
- Reading, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs with confidence
- Setting up and running CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment to exacting tolerances
- Problem-solving and pushing improvements based on your deep machining knowledge
- Working independently, taking full ownership of your work and quality
Key Qualifications we expect in candidates include
- 2–4 years of hands-on CNC experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling equipment and/or lathes
- Sharp technical skills—reading blueprints, CNC programming, and AutoCAD familiarity
- Self-motivation—you don’t need someone babysitting your shifts
- Basic maintenance skills to keep equipment running at peak performance
