What You’ll Be Doing:

Fabricating high-precision, complex metal components from detailed technical drawings
Reading, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs with confidence
Setting up and running CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment to exacting tolerances
Problem-solving and pushing improvements based on your deep machining knowledge
Working independently, taking full ownership of your work and quality

Key Qualifications we expect in candidates include

2–4 years of hands-on CNC experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling equipment and/or lathes
Sharp technical skills—reading blueprints, CNC programming, and AutoCAD familiarity
Self-motivation—you don’t need someone babysitting your shifts
Basic maintenance skills to keep equipment running at peak performance
