We are seeking a Human Resources Director to join our Executive Team and lead HR initiatives across our dynamic and fast-paced organization. Human Resources Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the Human Resources team, ensuring programs align with company goals and values.
  • Oversee and continuously improve key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to directors, managers, and employees to build a positive, solutions-driven workplace culture.
  • Manage labor relations, resolve grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and guide organizational change with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Administer key HR programs such as 401(k), Workers Compensation, FMLA, training, unemployment claims, and employee engagement initiatives.

Human Resources Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources management, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or tribal enterprises.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws, benefits design, conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, policy writing, coaching, and decision-making skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, drive initiatives, and promote a culture of excellence.
