We are seeking an experienced COO to join a well-established Private Equity firm who specializes in the acquisition of construction and roofing companies. With over 50 years of success, they are looking for a strategic leader to drive its next phase of growth.

Chief Operating Officer COO Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years in a current COO titled position
  • Over 8 years in an Executive leadership position
  • Experience with the construction, building supply, and/or roofing industry
  • Experience working within a private equity acquisitions environment
  • Proven results in solutions, analytics and leadership
  • Ability to collaborate with the executive team
  • 3 references to confirm leadership, qualifications and integrity

Chief Operating Officer COO Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operations to ensure efficiency and high standards
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and execute company goals, identify improvements, and align performance metrics
  • Partner with CFO to manage the operations budget, balancing cost control with production efficiency
  • Scale operations to support business growth and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Foster a culture of accountability and problem-solving at all organizational levels
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments and with stakeholders
  • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve performance goals
  • Maintain a positive, supportive and productive work environment
