We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team and support both the Marketing Department and the CEO. You’ll bring strategy, leadership, and fresh ideas to the table while helping us execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive results.

Director of Marketing Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Associates, including social media oversight
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, buying, senior leadership)
  • Monitor key marketing metrics and conversion data to guide improvements
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and day-of logistics
  • Explore new market opportunities and create actionable go-to-market plans
  • Build strong client relationships and provide external and internal support
  • Write compelling marketing materials, content, and press releases
  • Research and connect with potential corporate partners
  • Prepare and present marketing reports and promotional decks

Director of Marketing Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience in Restaurant, Hotel or other Hospitality Industries.
  • A solid grasp of digital marketing, campaign planning, and team leadership
  • Experience using marketing tools (Google AdWords, analytics platforms, CRMs, Dropbox)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, PR, or related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends
