Assistant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, with exposure to all departments (including

kitchen)

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide daily operations and shift teams effectively

• Proven experience managing beer, liquor, and wine orders, inventory, and costs

• Must have a strong grasp of food safety and service standards

• Ability to build, train, and inspire a high-performing team

• Strong organizational and communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced setting

Assistant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Track record of success in full-service or polished casual dining concepts

• Experience with scheduling software and inventory systems

• High energy, polished presence, and a guest-first mindset

• Career-driven with a passion for hospitality and team development
