Your Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Process: Lead the sales department, targeting prospective residents with strategic marketing initiatives.
- Close the Deal: Greet, interview, tour, and secure move-ins with precision and professionalism.
- Build Powerful Networks: Establish strong relationships with referral sources and senior living professionals to amplify brand awareness and drive referrals.
- Host Dynamic Events: Execute impactful events and marketing campaigns to attract prospective residents and elevate community visibility.
- Inspire Excellence: Coach and mentor your sales team, ensuring consistent performance and occupancy goal achievement.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: The foundation for your leadership excellence.
- Proven Sales Leader: 2+ years of director-level sales experience in senior living with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Closer Extraordinaire: Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet ambitious occupancy targets.
- Self-Starter with Grit: A persistent, high-energy professional with outstanding communication skills.
