Our client is seeking an experienced, high-volume District Manager to join their fast-casual restaurant team. District Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 4+ years Multi-Unit experience as a District Manager with a fast-casual service, concept
- High sales volume experience of $7+ million
- Steady tenures
- Ensures the restaurant is accountable for successfully executing all operating systems (ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, etc.)
- Ensures food quality of all products and menu items from purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, execution, and service
- Ensures that positive and corrective review feedback is immediately provided to the entire BOH staff and coaches the BOH staff to exceed performance standards
