Great opportunity to join a successful management team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept F&B Management Group. This is the chance for a driven, energetic personality with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Restaurant General Manager.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as a General Manager for this busy, upscale, Hotel overseeing 3 F&B outlets
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience
- P&L responsibilities
General Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale Hotel / Restaurant environment
- Strong beverage knowledge a plus
- Event experience
- Hotel experience a plus
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
- Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
