Assistant Brewmaster Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years brewing experience (brewpub or production brewery)
- Strong knowledge of brewing operations and sanitation
- Detail-oriented with a passion for craft beer
- Flexible availability, including mornings/weekends
- Brewing education preferred but not required
Assistant Brewmaster Responsibilities:
- Assist in brewing, cellaring, and packaging
- Uphold quality, consistency, and sanitation standards
- Manage ingredients and inventory
- Maintain equipment and support troubleshooting
- Represent the brewery at select events
