Are you a passionate, hospitality-driven Resort Hotel General Manager ready to lead our team? As the Hotel GM of this 40+-room property, you are responsible for maximizing the hotel's financial performance by providing the highest possible quality guest service and encouraging a positive work environment for all employees.

What WE need:

  • Financial awareness (increase occupancy and ADR, review financials, interpret RevPAR, etc)
  • Prepare and oversee annual budget
  • Oversee departments (housekeeping, maintenance, grounds and front desk)
  • "FACE" of the grounds
  • Work alongside maintenance, sales & marketing, and HR
  • Inclusive decision maker, good listener, clear communicator, and influencer – someone who can bring the team along for maximum flow through.

Requirements:

  • Complete availability
  • At least 5 years hotel experience
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Required software: Microsoft and Google Suite, MEWS PMS+ Channel Management
