Insurance Agent (Customer Service)
Our client is a life insurance organization with over half a century of providing financial services. They are urgently hiring an Insurance Agent to help customers easily apply for their annuity products. Their ideal candidate is someone organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the application process from start to finish
- Clearly explain product options with professionalism and care
- Build strong relationships that encourage long-term customer satisfaction
- Review and analyze customer data to recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of insurance experience
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- CRM experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
