We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take the lead on exciting ground-up construction projects across the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team that values quality, collaboration, and career growth.

- Lead all phases of construction, from pre-construction through project closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards
- Work with tools like MS Project and Viewpoint for efficient project tracking
- Navigate and oversee self-performed work in concrete, carpentry, and structural trades
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience managing complex $35M+ construction projects
- Strong background in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 ground-up construction
- In-depth knowledge of self-performed work (not limited to development-only roles)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
