We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take the lead on exciting ground-up construction projects across the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team that values quality, collaboration, and career growth.

Lead all phases of construction, from pre-construction through project closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards
Work with tools like MS Project and Viewpoint for efficient project tracking
Navigate and oversee self-performed work in concrete, carpentry, and structural trades

Project Manager Qualifications:

5–10+ years of experience managing complex $35M+ construction projects
Strong background in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 ground-up construction
In-depth knowledge of self-performed work (not limited to development-only roles)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
